FlyKickz presents...The Art Collective, Youth Art Workshop, Art Show fundraiser & More!
Since June 2023, using $17,000 awarded in grants and GoFundMe donations FlyKickz has curated a two Youth Sneaker inspired art workshops, including one sneaker customizing workshop providing 15 children with a brand new pair of Nike Air Force 1 sneakers, two FlyKickz presents The Art Collective collaborative art show experiences and funded, organized & curated an Art show Fundraiser raising over 4K in donations to support a fellow artist.
What is FlyKickz presents The Art Collective?
"FlyKickz presents The Art Collective" is a unique and immerse art exhibition that launched in May 2024 as part of a grant funded community project, planned & organized by FlyKickz. The goal of this immersive experience is to connect individuals through a love of art, creativity and community building. This event is about accentuating artists individual style and talents. Visual Artists selected for this show have had the opportunity to exhibit their art work in the Downtown Trenton, NJ area in a gallery setting at no charge and keep 100% of their sales. This format has encouraged exhibiting artists to connect and engage with potential buyers & future collectors of their work. More importantly, it has been a contributing factor to making this space feel more like family & long time friends getting together for a good time.
In May 2025, FlyKickz expanded the art show to include a Pop-Up Vendor Marketplace, highlighting several small businesses, a DJ, live painting, a variety of quality raffles for attendees to purchase tickets, in addition to providing Free Admission and food to guests. A proceed of the donations recieved at the event and raffle tickets sales are being gifted to four Trenton students as a monetary award because FlyKickz believes in the importance of continuing to uplift the youth!
As FlyKickz presents The Art Collective continues to flourish our focus is to create a memorable experience that uplifts, inspires and instills hope to a thriving community. We want to shine a spotlight on the remarkable artists, creatives, entrepreneurs and small businesses that illustrate the beauty of the visionaries, dreamers, and doers within our community. FlyKickz aspires to continue curating a space that expresses the importance of creativity, diversity, and culture while capturing the love and support of a city brimming with talented individuals.
With the right funding and support from individuals like YOU we want to continue curating this experience for years to come to support fellow artists, creatives, entrepreneurs, small businesses and brands while creating a space for all to enjoy.
